these terms explain how our proven and guaranteed bestsellers guarantee works and apply to all returns made under the scheme.

to qualify for the guarantee:

your order must include a minimum of 14 packs from our proven and guaranteed bestsellers collection.
the guarantee applies only to products included in our proven and guaranteed bestsellers collection at the time of purchase.

to qualify for a refund under the guarantee:

cards must be returned between six and twelve months from the confirmed delivery date. returns received before six months or after twelve months will not qualify.
returned cards must be in their original condition, unmarked, undamaged and suitable for immediate resale.
please include your original order number with your return.
a maximum of 300 cards may be returned under this guarantee.
return postage is the customer's responsibility.
returned cards remain the customer's responsibility until they have been received by view by rufus.

refunds will be made at the original wholesale purchase price.
refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned cards.
refunds will be made using the original payment method.

the guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from view by rufus.
these terms apply only to the proven and guaranteed bestsellers guarantee.
we reserve the right to amend or withdraw the guarantee in the future. any changes will apply only to qualifying orders placed after the revised terms have been published on our website. orders placed before that date will continue to be covered by the terms in force at the time of purchase.
