Wholesale Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all wholesale orders placed with View by Rufus, a trading name of View Gallery Limited ("we", "our" or "us"). By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Trade Accounts

Wholesale accounts are available to genuine retail businesses. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications for trade accounts at our discretion.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. The price applicable to your order will be the price shown on our website when your order is placed.

3. Ordering

Orders may be placed through our wholesale website at any time.

Greetings cards are supplied in the pack quantities shown on the website (normally packs of six) and must be ordered in those quantities.

Your order is subject to acceptance by us. Acceptance takes place when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or amend any order where products are unavailable or where an obvious pricing or stock error has occurred.

4. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed once an order has been accepted.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full before goods are dispatched unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing.

We accept the payment methods offered during checkout.

6. Delivery

Delivery charges are those shown on our website at the time your order is placed.

International delivery charges are available on request and will be quoted before your order is accepted.

We aim to dispatch orders within the delivery times stated on our website, although these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Ownership of the goods passes to you once payment has been received in full and the goods have been delivered.

7. Availability of Products

All products are offered subject to availability. From time to time, products may be discontinued or replaced with updated versions.

We also reserve the right to amend product designs, specifications, materials or packaging where necessary, provided that any such changes do not materially affect the overall character or quality of the product.

8. Damaged, Faulty or Missing Goods

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If any goods arrive damaged, faulty or are missing from your order, please notify us within five working days of delivery so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement, credit or refund where applicable.

9. Returns

As our products are supplied for resale, we are unable to accept returns of correctly supplied goods unless agreed in advance or covered by one of our published return schemes.

Where applicable, products covered by our Guaranteed Bestsellers scheme are subject to the separate Guaranteed Bestsellers Terms and Conditions.

10. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photography and specifications are accurate. Product images are intended as a guide and minor variations in colour or finish may occur between images displayed on screen and the final printed product.

11. Intellectual Property

All card designs, artwork, photography, branding, logos, product descriptions and other website content featured on the View by Rufus website remain the intellectual property of View by Rufus, unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, adapted or used without our prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability in respect of any claim relating to goods supplied shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased, except where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or resale of our products.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, industrial disputes, transport disruption, supplier failure or other unforeseen events.

14. Privacy

Any personal information you provide to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the revised Terms have been published on our website.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
