Our greetings cards are sealed in a cellophane wrap and in a protective wallet to ensure they reach you in excellent condition. All orders will be dispatched within two working days.
Orders and despatch – same day
- Orders placed on weekdays before 2pm will be despatched Royal Mail first class the same day.
- These normally arrive on the next day – subject to Royal Mail deliveries in your area.
Europe and other International delivery
- These tend to take 2-3 working days to arrive but sometimes take a little longer depending on deliveries in your local area.
- These tend to take 4-5 working days to arrive but sometimes take a little longer depending on deliveries in your local area.

Returns & Exchanges
It’s not always easy to be sure of an item when shopping online, which is why we offer a ‘if you’re not tickled by it, send it back’ policy. This means that you can return any item for a refund.
Refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Return Authorisation (RA) numbers can be obtained by emailing us at email@example.com or calling +44 (0)20 8972 9706 and quoting the original order number.
We request that all goods being returned from within the UK are returned within 7 days of issuing your RA number. International returns should be shipped within 7 days of issuing your RA number.
Returns received outside this timeframe will be accepted at the discretion of view by rufus.
Please enclose the item in its original packaging with the Return Authorisation number written clearly on the package.
The refund covers the cost of the goods only and not any postage costs.
Once the goods have been received, a full refund (less any postage costs) will be made within 30 days. The cost of any undamaged products, correctly returned will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit or debit card.
Similarly, we can offer an exchange but any additional postage would be charged extra. Bespoke items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of products that have been used.
